Mario is the main playable character in Super Mario Maker. He is shown to be different depending on what graphic style you choose as your stage.
Apperance
In Super Mario Bros graphics he is shown to have a red cap, red overalls, and a brown shirt and shoes. In Super Mario 3 graphics, he is wearing a red cap and shirt as well as shoes and has black overalls. In both New Super Mario Bros U and Super Mario World graphics he has a red cap and shirt and blue overalls.
Trivia
If you select the door icon and tap on it enough times, a Skinny Mario will appear and answer the door. Skinny Mario was a scraped Mario design.
